Q: Are all items sold authentic?
A: All items listed are 100% authentic. We do not sell any type of fakes.
Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: All orders are usually shipped out and fulfilled within 24-48 hours depending on how big the order is. You will receive an email confirming your order and a separate one when your order ships.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: All orders shipped out to anywhere in the United States takes 3-7 business days.
Q: How can I pay?
A: We currently only accept all major credit card providers through our checkout system. PayPal will be our main provider after December 22, 2018.

Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?
A: All sales are final. Store credit will be issued upon an exchange request, items must be of the same value and some items are excluded. Email us at email@example.com for help on an exchange request.
Q: My order was declined after the purchase was completed. What should I do?
A: All orders get fulfilled manually to prevent people from using stolen credit cards. If your order gets canceled there will be a reason noted in the email sent. Most cases are the credit cards billing information does not match the shipping information.
